Store Manager - San Francisco, CA

PRISCILLA OF BOSTON IS COMING TO SAN FRANCISCO!!

Priscilla of Boston - a premier, upscale bridal chain of 13 salons - is continuing its nationwide expansion and has a great opportunity for the right individual. We are currently seeking a Store Manager to run our salon located in Union Square.

This position will manage all aspects of the store's operation as follows:
  • Plan and drive store sales to achieve store goals
  • Recruit and select qualified candidates to maintain staffing and productivity requirements. Establish, manage and review Wedding Consultant productivity goals to exceed Company standards.
  • Establish and demonstrate uncompromising customer service standards
  • Train associates on product knowledge, selling and operational skills. Ensure follow through of all training programs.
  • Foster a positive, professional work environment that encourages ideas and innovative problem solving.
  • Demonstrate ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities and adjust direction when necessary.
  • Manage commission sales staff, alterations team, and support payroll to Company matrix.
  • Comply with and support all Company standards and policies.
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in retail in a specialty store environment, utilizing management, recruiting, interviewing and training experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing a commission sales force.
  • Good written and oral communication skills as well as outstanding customer service skills are essential.
  • Experience in bridal industry a plus
